Their new all you can eat concept (only one on the island) is pretty good. I was expecting mostly basic roles, but there was surprisingly good sushi and other non-sushi food included
Although the name of the restaurant would suggest it to be offering authentic Japanese food, this is not the case, i.e. nationals from the Land of the Rising Sun would certainly be frowning on it big time.
Then again I understand there is not one authentic Japanese restaurant on the whole of the island anyway.
Nevertheless, the food which is being prepared in the open by friendly Philippine cooks I suppose could be considered to be some sort of fusion cuisine with some Japanese accents here and there.
Considered as such, it's tasty.
