  It is a nice statue, but it doesn't week to live with the people. Tula is created to become a Heroe, created by the government to veign a common history to distract people from the poor performance of the government

  When I was there I saw a group of young people playing drums, dancing and singing. If the few arrogant Dutch tourists who still think of this place as part of their doomed empire annoy you, come to the Tula monument and enjoy a moment of tranquility.
